These Terms of Service govern your use of the Authentibot mobile application and website, operated by CyberHalo (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using Authentibot, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Authentibot is a scam detection tool. It analyses text, images, and audio to help you identify potential scams. It is a decision-support tool — it is not a guarantee. We provide analysis and verdicts based on the best available AI technology, but we cannot guarantee that every scam will be detected or that every legitimate communication will be correctly identified as safe.
You should always apply your own judgement. Authentibot is a tool to help you think, not a replacement for thinking.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Authentibot. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Authentibot shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Authentibot and all associated content, design, and technology are the property of CyberHalo (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the app or website without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using Authentibot and close your account at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Authentibot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
